Artist's Comments
Fire, water, sky, and earth, all on display. There's no intended deeper meaning here, so anything you infer beyond the aesthetic is just as valid as what anybody else comes up with, myself included. The only deliberate aim was to catch the two distinct elements of the sunset (fire and ice) peeking through their respective holes in the cloud blanket.
This is an amalgamation of seven separate shots, lovingly handcrafted together in Photoshop over the course of a few hours and a couple of beers. Critique on both the technical and creative aspects are welcome. Apologies for the unusual dimensions and the need to scroll. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
